Departure of scheduled flights
Umeå
Wait at MEETING POINT for bus transport to aircraft at least 30 minutes before departure.
Pajala
Check-in through the airport's main gate at least 30 minutes before departure.
Luleå
Wait at VIP GATE at least 30 minutes before departure to be escorted to the aircraft.
Östersund
Wait at JONAIR's sign outside the information desk at least 30 minutes before departure for escort to aircraft.
Sveg
Check-in through the airport's main gate at least 30 minutes before departure.
Arlanda
Wait at the SKYCITY MEETING PIONT at least 30 minutes before departure, see link ”meetup at Arlanda”
Luggage
You do not need to check in your luggage when you travel with us. The luggage you wish to bring is taken with you in connection with pick-up at the specified pick-up location.
Maximum total weight: 20 kg, hand luggage included.

Departure business flight
Departure Umeå (NOTE, not scheduled flights)
If nothing else has been decided the passengers are met by the flight crew 15 minutes before departure at gate 4. Note that gate 4 is located at Jonairs hangar. From the main terminal it takes about 5 minutes to walk there.
At gate 4 there is also free parking available.
Departure from other airport
The passengers meet up with the flight crew 15 minutes before departure at an agreed location at the airport.
Luggage
Luggage is limited to 10 kg per passenger unless otherwise agreed. If possible, we are happy to see that they are soft bags because this makes it easier when the aircraft is to be loaded and the luggage is stowed.
Changes
Any changes regarding passengers numbers, baggage, or other agreements shall as quickly as possible be notified to Jonair via telephone or email.
Find gate 4 (NOTE, not scheduled flights)
Gate 4 is not located at Umeå airport main terminal. It is located at the entrance to Jonairs hangar. From the main terminal it takes about 5 minutes to walk there.
At gate 4 there is also free parking available.
